I have a commitment to learning and development and enjoy enabling organisations to inspire and engage their audiences. I have a special interest in organisations run by and working with volunteers.

I am on the Register of Support Services for the National Lottery Heritage Fund, mentoring community and heritage groups on audience development, project planning and evaluation. I have wide experience in developing successful Activity Plans and Statements in connection with fundraising applications.

I like to share skills, enabling my clients to be better informed about planning, delivering and evaluating their projects.

Strategic Planning

I help organisations think strategically and plan for the future.

This includes:

Audience development plans and strategies
Youth engagement policies
Learning reviews
Interpretation reviews and frameworks

Evaluation

I work with my clients to plan to collect data that will directly feed into their final evaluation report, as well as informing future practice. My evaluation frameworks clearly relate activities to the stated aims and outcomes of the project, defining outputs and measures of success.

I produce evaluation tools and methodologies that are realistic, appropriate for all participants and produce meaningful data.

Training

I can work with you to shape a training programme to suit your needs. I also offer advice on how to build a bespoke evaluation or training package into your funding application.
