I am committed to learning and development and enjoy enabling organisations to inspire and engage their audiences. I have a special interest in organisations run by and working with volunteers.
I was on the Register of Support Services for the National Lottery Heritage Fund for over 12 years, mentoring community and heritage groups in audience development, project planning, and evaluation. I have extensive experience in developing successful Activity Plans and Statements for fundraising applications.

I work with my clients to plan to collect data that will directly feed into their final evaluation report, as well as informing future practice. My evaluation frameworks clearly relate activities to the stated aims and outcomes of the project, defining outputs and measures of success.
I produce evaluation tools and methodologies that are realistic, appropriate for all participants and produce meaningful data.
